Join us on Saturday March 8th, 2025, from 1pm to 3PM for a hands-on pour-over workshop led by Greg Marxen, Lost Coffeeโ€™s trainer, service technician, and brewing recipe manager. Pour-overs can be tricky with so many variables to consider, but this class will help you master the essentials. Weโ€™ll cover coffee origins, grind size, brew ratios, and recipe development. Each participant will brew four pour-overs, focusing on these key factors. All skill levels are welcome!
