This type of customized online training is for someone who enjoys working independently through video instruction but with some support. First, we’ll establish your personal goals and the desired fitness and nutrition program outcome through a coaching call. Then, I’ll create the program based on the information you shared. You’ll have access to the program for 12 weeks from the start of the training.
