Welcome to Mind Body Soleil's FIRST 3rd Friday Yoga!

Our first gathering will be held at Make Me Up Connie's Beauty Bar located at 1480 E 2nd Ave in Durango. This first movement workshop is a dive into the ancient practice of Buddhist Prostrations.

3rd Friday Yoga is a monthly gathering for Sol Tribe Members from April-September in a different Durango location, because Coach Soleil gets bored and likes variety.

*This first event is indoors and limited to 10 attendees.

Our next 3rd Friday Yoga is scheduled for May 19th at an outdoor park location.
