Prior to the production and dispatch of your customized merchandise, we will send the design to the provided email address for your approval. Kindly reply to this email. You are allowed up to three design modifications if the initial two designs do not meet your satisfaction. If we do not receive a response within seven business days of sending the email, your order will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.

💜Birthday Fit & Family Shirts💜

Pretty In Primp aims to serve as a comprehensive destination for party needs. For an additional fee of $50, you can acquire a birthday outfit for your child, provided they are a size 5/6 or smaller. Furthermore, for an extra $40, a family set of shirts is available, with sizes ranging up to 6XL. Please ensure to include all relevant details such as sizes, ages, themes, characters, and colors in the notes section before completing your payment.

💜Deposit & Shipping💜

Pretty In Primp requires a deposit of $100 at the time of purchase. The remaining balance must be settled four weeks before the party date, and a separate invoice will be issued for this amount. For those opting for our RUSH SHIPPING service, full payment, including the rush shipping fee, is required at the time of purchase.

Refunds are not available as all products are tailored to your specific preferences and requirements. We cannot be held liable for any merchandise that is lost during transit. While we will make every effort to locate any ordered items, we relinquish control over the delivery process once they are with the shipping provider.
