A consultation is required prior to purchasing any wig unit to ensure proper customization and fit.

Deposit Policy:

All wig orders require a non-refundable deposit. Please be certain before placing an order.

Processing Time:

Due to high demand and our commitment to delivering luxury, high-quality wigs, custom orders take approximately 14–21 business days to complete.

Please keep in mind that the exact completion date will depend on the order volume ahead of you at the time of purchase.

Rush/Express Orders:

If you need your unit sooner than the standard processing time, express service is available for an additional $250. Please speak directly with your stylist for express order arrangements.

Shipping & Fees:

A shipping fee will apply to all units that require delivery.

Sales Policy:

All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges, as each unit is custom-made to order.

Sizing Guide:

    •    Small: 20”–21”

    •    Medium: 22”

    •    Large: 23”

    •    X-Large: 24”
