An engaging six-course dinner celebrating life and the rich tapestry of Southeast Asian cuisine.


The kitchen will be illuminated like a theatrical stage where the chef brings each dish to life with stories of resilience, courage, and love. Every course will unfold alongside stories from Chef Jessy’s life with her late father, creating an intimate link between the flavors of each dish and her personal journey . 


The menu offers a one-of-a-kind exploration of South East Asian and Island cuisine artfully crafted with Chef Jessy’s extensive experience and creative approach. Utilizing fresh banana & bamboo leaves alongside fermented crustaceans. Guests can also enhance their dining experience with a carefully curated pairing of Makgeolli, a traditional Korean rice wine, introducing them to flavors that are exceptionally rare in the region.
