Persons who are full-time students between the ages of 18-24 whether a chapter member or a direct, at-large student member of state CWA.
Northern Chapters: Lake County, North Bay, North Valley, Sacramento Valley
North Central Chapters: Merced, San Joaquin, Stanislaus
Central: Central Valley, Kern County, Tulare-Kings
Central Coast: Carpinteria/Santa Barbara, Salinas, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, Ventura County
Southern: Coachella Valley, Los Angeles, Palo Verde, San Diego
