The Couples Cultivating Intimacy Workshop is a 2-hour couple’s experience that incorporates cuddling, light yoga, safe, honest & supportive communication, sensual touch, and Tantric elements to increase connection, intimacy, compassion, and healing. Yoga wear, tank tops, short sleeve shirts, shorts, sweat pants or comfortable attire is recommended.
