WHAT: This is a 2-day, weekend, Saturday + Sunday workshop devoted solely to learning and practicing composition.

IT’S ABOUT: The elements of composition is the "language" of imaging and through your knowledge of this language you will be able to express precisely what you wish to communicate to your viewer. And it's your ability to engage these elements of composition into your imaging that will either make or break your photography. This 2-day workshop is focused solely on learning and practicing these compositional elements in the field.

WHAT HAPPENS: The workshop takes place in an outdoor setting (weather permitting) and the workshop size is limited to only 10 participants. This class limitation allows us to concentrate on the process of learning the 15 elements of composition, to ask and answer questions and to practice and understand each element in turn.

WHO: These workshops attract all skill levels because this is about learning and understanding the language of imaging and then conveying what you see to your final image and therefore communicating with your viewer...and this is fundamental to image creation regardless of a photographer's present skill level.
