Welcome to the 90s MTG Legacy Open, participating in the NYCIS! This event caps at 128 players and prizes out $500 for every 16 players registered; at 128 players this event will prize $4000 to top 8. 7 Rounds of Swiss will be followed by a cut to Top 8. This event will be held at Hex & Company's historic Westside location at 2911 Broadway in Manhattan. It will begin promptly at 10AM on July 13th.
