Guidelines of Holding a Membership:

• People who have a residence WITHIN the boundaries of Highwood hold a Voting membership.

• People who have a residence OUTSIDE the boundaries of Highwood will receive a Non-Voting Membership.

• ID with current address may be required for membership purchase.

• By purchasing a membership, members agree to abide by the bylaws, policies and procedures governing the Highwood Community Association.
