Website maintenance is a service we offer to keep your business's website up to date, relevant and help ensure proper functionality. It is very important to keep your website updated on a consistent basis in order to keep it healthy.

Included in both monthly plans:


Content Edits: We’re ready to modify website content and text: Edit paragraphs, change sentences, add content, publish pre-written articles to blog, change contact info, edit title areas, switch font styles, adjust line height, and more.


Contact Forms: Let us customize your contact forms: Edit fields, add new sections, create drop down options, modify auto-responders, fix issues, and more.


Maintenance: We’ll assist with browser compatibility issues and conduct uptime monitoring once per month and basic troubleshooting. For issues we are unable to resolve, we will facilitate technical support with your website platform technical team.


- Test your website once per month and after making updates

- Ensure that all features are working, search for broken links, and watch for outdated or incorrect information.

- Test for browser compatibility: Test whether your website works correctly in several versions of mainstream browsers, once a month.

- Test forms and checkout process once a month to ensure sure all forms and checkout process are working properly, once per month.

- Provide Overview report of key metrics monthly using Google Analytics, once per month


Access to our Ticketing Tool: Website Requests are made through our ticketing system; it allows you to submit your requests and track the status through completion. Our request ticketing tool is accessible via your customer portal.
