Class will be held from 8am-2pm at our Spring Branch location (8217 Long Point Rd., Houston, TX 77055)

Curriculum:
Brisket: Trimming, Seasoning, Boat vs. paper method, doneness, What to do with trim
Ribs: Trim ribs, Season ribs, cook/show doneness, Talk rub/glaze/spritz/wrap
Chickens/Turkey: Prep, Season, Cook
General: Rubs, Sauces, Wood, Holding, Smoker types (if you have a mobile backyard smoker you are welcome to bring it and cook on it the day of the class)
Swag Bags: Slicing Knife, Custom Apron, Rubs, Sauces, and more!
