2024 MONTHLY Flower Subscriptions from Back Forty Flower Farm will include specialty cut flowers 100% grown and cut from our farm in Long Prairie, MN. Every weekly bouquet will be hand cut and selected with what is blooming that week. Many stems will last you longer than a week! Each bouquet will be hand wrapped in kraft paper to protect the petals and blooms during transport.
The customer/final recipient of the weekly bouquets will be responsible for providing a clean vase/vessel and fresh water for the bouquet each week. Request for vase with flower subscription is available at extra cost. Please be sure to add "weekly vase" to your cart at check out if you wish to include a vase with your subscription.
The purchaser/recipient of the 2024 June, July, August, or September flower subscription is responsible for pick up. All subscription bouquets will be available for weekly pick up at our farm located at 23210 261st Ave. Long Prairie, MN 56347. Pick up will be available every week from 1:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursdays. If you are not able to pick up your flowers due to vacation, illness, change of plans, please plan for someone on your behalf to pick them up. You will not be reimbursed. If a weekly subscription is not picked up, it will be donated to our local assisted living facilities. Subscription bouquets also can not be deferred. The FOUR week monthly flower bouquets will begin on the FIRST THURSDAY of the month.
Detailed pick up dates for each month:
June - 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th
July - 3rd-5th (accommodating for the holiday), 11th, 18th, and 25th
August - 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd
September - AUGUST 29th, September 5th, 12th, and 19th.
Please be sure to select your desired month at check out. If you wish to purchase more than one month, you may have to check out twice.
Delivery is available at extra cost. If you need your bouquet to be delivered every week, please make sure to add the delivery to your cart before check out and specify where you will need the bouquet(s) to be delivered. Please only specify one drop off location per subscription. The cost includes delivery for the entirety of the four week subscription.
Delivery is available to homes, business, nursing homes, and more within a 15 mile radius of Long Prairie, MN.
