👉 Completion is 10 business days after receipt of payment and all discovery.

◆ Expert Opinion Report $400

👉 After completion of the discovery and case review (above).

👉 Completion is 10 business days after receipt of payment.

◆ Discovery, Case Review and Expert Opinion Report $800

👉 Completion is 10 business days after receipt of payment and all discovery.

◆ Supplemental Expert Opinion Report $300

👉 After Review and Report are completed.

◆ Expedited Discovery Review and Expert Opinion Report $1000

👉 Completion is two business days after receipt of payment and all discovery.

◆ Municipal Court for Alcohol Case $800

◆ Municipal Court for DRE Case $1000

◆ Superior Court for Alcohol or DRE Case $1500

◆ Trial Conference / Preparation $200/hour

◆ Transcript Review Fee $300

👉 Court appearance date will only be reserved once payment has been satisfied.

👉 Court appearance fees are non-refundable.

👉 If a court appearance is postponed or canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time, the paid fee will be applied to the next scheduled court date.

👉 Court appearance fee is non-refundable even if the case is adjudicated or resolved without my appearance.
