I am performing sound baths on the Last Friday of Every Month in combination with amazing breathwork sessions by Susan Norrish (Born Again Breathwork) at Outback Health in Paris, ON from 7-9pm!

$60/guest ( Maximum 8 people/session.)

This reservation is for the next upcoming last Friday of the current month only. Future dates must be reserved in the month in which they occur.

Each session will have an intuitive focus based on the overall energy of the group, but I always create resonance with all the chakras as it is important to maintain harmony through all, even if there is a focus on one or two in particular during a session.

Please wear comfortable clothing and I recommend bringing a yoga mat and pillow for your comfort during the session. Blankets, eye pillows, or anything else you need to get comfortable laying down or sitting (as you prefer) is great!
