In our first installment, enjoy a conversation with Star Bright Farm's head farmer, Peter Elmore. Star Bright Farm is a 130-acre organic farm located in Whitehall, Maryland that grows 24 aromatic and medicinal herbs including calendula, chamomile, lavender, multiple mints, lemon verbena, lemon balm, sweet marigold and lemon thyme to name a few. Herbs are grown to dry for teas and tinctures and to distill for the essential oils and floral waters called hydrosols.

The discussion will feature Peter and Paul conversing about the innovative ways to use organic herbs, with a concentration on distilled hydrosols for the at-home cook or bartender, or the restaurant professional.

Your ticket will include two cocktails featuring Star Bright’s hydrosols, heavy hors d’oevres, recipe cards, and the conversation.
