The fee is $30 PER ADULT for rental application. If there are two adults, we require two applications - even if married. OUR TENANT APPLICATION includes criminal, credit and eviction history. We understand credit may not be perfect. We also check rental history, employment and references.

TO APPLY - Select the "number" of adults, pay the fee and you will receive the application link by email. If you are paying for more than one adult - send an email to mpquinnpropertyllc@gmail.com with the name and email address of all applicants.
