1st Session  2Hr - Jan 2nd (11am US Central)

We identify what is causing you to sabotage your own weight loss goals. Our clients tend to know what they should and shouldn’t be doing, but they don’t know how to stick to a healthy eating plan. Many have tried multiple diets and although they might stick for a while, ultimately they put the weight back on. We identify why you are unable to stick to a diet and workout plan and help you set new goals.


2nd Session 2Hr  - Jan 9th (11am US Central)

We look at the issues established in the first session and work with our tried and tested clearing session. During our session, we use hypnosis to help reprogram your subconscious to clear out the past trauma, or issues that have been causing you to self-sabotage. After this session, our clients typically make a breakthrough and are able to start establishing healthy eating and exercise habits.


3rd Session 2Hr - Jan 16th (11am US Central)

After our clearing in the second session, the client will be experiencing better behavior and habits. During this third session, we help you to establish a trigger that allows your subconscious to interrupt your typical patterns that at this stage would cause you to self-sabotage. This allows you to stay on track and establish new habits that lead to long-lasting change.


4th Session 2Hr  - Jan 23rd (11am US Central)

After practicing the trigger in your 3rd session the client will have experienced dramatic change and will have taken more control of their eating habits and exercise routines. During this session, we switch gears and take a pro-active approach that sets up positive routines in your life and keeps you ahead of the stress and pressure that can lead to you falling off the weight loss wagon.


5th Session 2Hr  - Jan 30th (11am US Central)

During this final session, we teach you a very old and proven hypnotic technique that helps cement our other lessons and keep you from any relapse into bad habits.
